Great location and comfy beds
I had a wonderful stay in a double room with a balcony that offered a lovely view. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, perfect for my kids to enjoy. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and could use some improvement.

Oh man, if you're into ice cream, you've got to hit up the Old Mill Creamery—it'll knock your socks off! Plus, the location is prime for sneaky bites at Reagan's House of Pancakes and Smokies Cuban Cafe, which are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. With a picnic area, you can graze outdoors surrounded by the beauty of Pigeon Forge.
On the flip side, the bed felt like concrete on a camping trip, and the vending machines were duds—totally outta order! They’ve ditched housekeeping too, so it’s a DIY scene, you're stuck making your own beds and stocking up on toilet paper. It’s clean enough, but don’t expect modern vibes!

Those crispy fries at Reagan's House of Pancakes were a straight-up culinary delight! Plus, the kiddie pool felt like a warm hug, and location-wise, you’re just a hop away from some awesome food joints like Smokies Cuban Cafe. Seriously, walking distance makes it all the easier to indulge.
Some staff could've used a boost in the cheer department—seemed like they were in cruise control. Still, even with the bumps, we had a pretty good time in Pigeon Forge.

First off, the pancakes at Reagan's House of Pancakes are a straight-up dream! Plus, if you’re feeling peckish post-dinner, the Smokies Cuban Cafe serves up some bomb Cuban sandwiches. The indoor pool was a chill spot to unwind after my local food adventures.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown—think canned fruit cocktails and rubbery waffles. Plus, the beds left me feeling like I was auditioning for a new age spine alignment, not exactly what I was hoping for.

The double queen room boasted a balcony overlooking a river, which provided a tranquil view. The location made it a breeze to reach nearby attractions, making traveling around quite straightforward.
Though the room size was adequate, the non-smoking policy seemed inconsistent since our room carried a strong odor of smoke. The air conditioning struggled, leaving the room a bit muggy, and the cleaning could've been more thorough, as we found it lacking in several areas.

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and our balcony view was a treat! The room was squeaky clean, which I always appreciate.
The bathroom was so tiny I thought about taking my shower in the hallway! And let's just say, the decor was straight out of a horror film.

The location was perfect, like a treasure map that leads directly to fun! Our double queen room was spacious and super clean, with a mini fridge for late-night snacks that felt like a best friend always ready to serve cold drinks. The staff were more helpful than a GPS in a corn maze, ensuring we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.
